Regular shipping details and policies

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 for mainland US.

All orders placed through our US store are sent from our California warehouse. If they are out of stock they will be sent from our Australian warehouse.
We are now shipping to Canada from our US warehouse with UPS standard international service. View shipping prices at checkout.
All orders will be processed within 5 business days (unless there is a holiday), are sent via UPS Ground and take 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch.

Changes to your delivery info - Please ensure all details in checkout are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address, phone number and most importantly - your delivery address. You cannot personally update order details online once order has processed so please email us care@wanderingfolk.com immediately so we can update on our end for you. After customer feedback we suggest checking all your auto fill details are correct if you’re paying with digital wallet platforms like Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal etc.

PRE-ORDERS
If you have purchased pre-order item/s it will ship immediately after arrival to us. Apologies, we cannot give exact dispatch date until day before. You will receive tracking info via email once it dispatches. If you have ordered in-stock item/s with a pre-order item/s your whole order will ship with the pre-order item/s.

PERSONAL DATA
Your name, address, phone number and email address is collected for shipping/tracking purposes only and we do not use your personal data for any other reason.  You can opt in to receiving our email newsletter at the bottom of our website homepage if you wish to keep up to date with our company news, product launches and promotions.

PACKAGING
Our USA Picnic Rug and Cooler Bag orders will be sent in plastic-free Better Packaging Co biodegradable 'dirt bag' satchels. Let's put the Post into comPOST!
If your order is too large for our satchels (4+ rugs) we may send in a cardboard box.
